Relaxation Tips to Relief Stress

For a good health you deserve relax but your mind stuck and you fed up from yourself due to daily hard routine of work and you decide to go for a weekend or something else to relief your stress. Well no need to go  anywhere  because every day is not Sunday but you can relief stress and make your mind fresh by  through these stress relieving tips and for this you just need few minutes little time and nothing else.

Meditate 

It's easy method that you just need to stand up straight after that close your eyes and focus on track you want to listen loudly or silently and try to feel to be yourself it gave peace to your mind.










Breath Deeply 


Stop to think about anything ,Sit up straight on floor close your eyes place your hands on belly or legs and take a deep breathe , Inhale air in your body and then breathe slowly do this step at-least for 5 minutes its help to relief stress from your mid and make your heart fresh.








Tune In to Your Body 

In this step you have to observe your body that how much you have stress ,Lay down on floor scan your body  from your head to toes then focus that which part of your body is disturbed and gave relax to this part so that  you can able to relief yourself from stress.
